人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析手术室护理中应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年6月于荆州市第二人民医院开展手术治疗的140例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)和研究组(n=70)。对照组的护理模式为常规护理,研究组的护理模式为人性化护理。两组进行心理状况、生存质量、护理满意度的比较。结果术前两组的SAS评分、SDS评分行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后2 d、出院时的焦虑量表评分(SAS)、抑郁量表评分(SDS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组护理后的心理功能、躯体功能、物质功能、社会功能等生存质量评分均比护理前高,且研究组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理服务流程、护理操作技术、健康教育、护理服务态度的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理中人性化护理的实施有利于改善不良情绪,提高生存质量和护理满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of humanized nursing in operating room nursing.Methods A total of 140 patients underwent surgical treatment admitted to the Second Hospital of Jingzhou from March 2018 to June 2020 were collected as the experimental samples,and they were divided into the control group(n=70)and the study group(n=70)according to the random number table method.The nursing mode of the control group was conventional nursing,while that of the study group was humanized nursing.The psychological status,quality of life(QoL)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group at 2 days after operation and at discharge were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,physical function,material function and social function of the two groups after nursing were all higher than those before nursing,and such scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing service process,nursing operation technique,health education and nursing service attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing in operating room nursing is conducive to improving adverse emotions,improving the QoL and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
