Determination of selenium in each component of four kinds of poultry eggs by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 硒元素是人体必须的重要微量元素,而禽蛋正是人们生活中获取硒元素的重要途径,准确分析禽蛋中硒含量将有助于做到科学补硒。使用混合酸湿法消解禽蛋,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry,HG-AFS)测定四种禽蛋各组分中的硒含量。通过对湿法消解条件以及HG-AFS测定禽蛋中硒含量的最佳仪器工作参数进行探讨,建立分析方法。硒标准曲线浓度在1.00~20.0μg/L时,相关系数为0.99998。方法检出限(LOD)为0.001 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.004 mg/kg(称样量为1 g,定容体积为25 mL)。样品加标回收率在94.1%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在2.1%~4.6%之间。比较4种禽蛋中硒含量,从高到低依次为:鹅蛋、鹌鹑蛋、鸭蛋、鸡蛋。 Selenium is an important trace element for human body.Eggs are an important way for people to get selenium.Accurate analysis of selenium content in poultry eggs will be helpful to supplement selenium scientifically.In this paper,mixed acid method was used to digest poultry eggs,and the selenium content in each component of four poultry eggs was determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).This paper discussed the conditions of wet digestion and the optimum working parameters of HGAFS for the determination of selenium content in poultry eggs.When the concentration of selenium standard curve is 1.00-20.0μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.99998.The LOD was 0.001 mg/kg,and LOQ was 0.004 mg/kg with 1 g sample in 25 mL volume.The recoveries of eggs between 94.1%and 103.4%,and RSDs(n=6)in the range of 2.1%-4.6%.From high to low,the selenium contents in four kinds of eggs were that of eggs,quail eggs,duck eggs and hen’s eggs.
