摘要
支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿常见疾病,致残率和病死率高。BPD生物标志物的研究有助于疾病的早期防控及改善预后,现多集中在基因、炎性因子及细胞因子。代谢组学通过研究代谢产物的改变,反映BPD在基因表达及环境因素的综合作用下的病理生理改变,包括氧化应激、肺泡表面活性物质及微生物定植等,可早期识别BPD的发生。该文就近年来应用代谢组学筛选BPD新的生物标志物的研究进行综述。
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is a common disease in preterm infants,with high disability rate and morbidity.Current researches on biomarkers of BPD mainly focus on genes,inflammatory factors and cytokines,aiming to improve the prognosis of the disease.Metabolomics analysis can identify changes of the metabolites caused by the interaction between gene expression and environment.It contributes to evaluating the comprehensive pathophysiological process of BPD,such as oxidative stress,pulmonary surfactant and microbial colonization,so that can early detect the disease.This article reviews the lately metabolomic studies on screening new biomarkers of BPD.
