探究PDCA循环法在门诊西药房处方调剂工作中的价值

To explore the value of PDCA circulation method in prescription dispensing of outpatient dispensary

目的:探究PDCA循环法在门诊西药房处方调剂工作中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年12月门诊部西药房的处方120张,将2017年1月-2018年3月的60张处方,作为对照组,此时间段实施常规管理模式。将2018年4月-2019年12月的60张处方,作为观察组,此时间段实施PDCA循环模式进行管理。比较两组处方调剂差错率、调剂质量及调剂合格率。结果:观察组处方调剂差错率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组调剂质量和调剂合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对西药房药品开展PDCA循环法进行管理,可使调剂工作效果更为确切,增强调剂合格率,改善西药调剂质量,促使西药房药品调剂差错率进一步降低。

Objective:To explore the value of PDCA circulation method in prescription dispensing of outpatient dispensary.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,120 prescriptions of Western pharmacy in outpatient department were selected,60 prescriptions from January 2017 to March 2018 were used as the control group,the routine management mode was implemented.60 prescriptions from April 2018 to December 2019 were taken as the observation group,PDCA cycle mode was implemented for management.We compared the two groups of prescription dispensing error rate,dispensing quality and dispensing qualified rate.Results:In the observation group,the error rate of prescription dispensing was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the quality and qualified rate of dispensing were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation management for Western medicine can make the dispensing effect more accurate,it can enhance the qualified rate of dispensing,improve the quality of Western medicine dispensing,and further reduce the error rate of drug dispensing in Western pharmacy.
