经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of single level lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症的有效性。方法:2018年1月-2020年2月收治单节段腰椎间盘突出症患者67例,随机分为两组。对照组实施单纯髓核摘除术治疗;试验组实施经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗单节段腰椎间盘突出症有效性较为显著,可减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者预后及康复。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of single level lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From January 2018 to February 2020,67 patients with single level lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with simple enucleation of nucleus pulposus.The experimental group was treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain score and complication rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the excellent and good rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic technique in the treatment of single level lumbar disc herniation is significant,it can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the prognosis and rehabilitation of patients.
