丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合依达拉奉对急性脑梗死的疗效研究

Study on the efficacy of sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合依达拉奉在急性脑梗死中的应用效果。方法:2019年8月-2020年1月收治急性脑梗死患者80例,随机分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,观察组采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合依达拉奉治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后生活质量评分及神经功能缺损评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性脑梗死患者临床治疗中应用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液和依达拉奉联合用药的方案,可改善患者神经功能,提升生活质量,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate injection combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From August 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone.The observation group was treated with sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate injection combined with edaravone.The clinical efficacy,neurological function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life after treatment and scores of neurological deficit in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of sodium tanshinoneⅡA sulfonate injection and Edaravone in the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function and quality of life of the patients.
