鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis

目的:评价使用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的安全性及临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2019年5月收治非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。试验组给予鼻内镜手术治疗;对照组给予药物治疗。比较两组临床疗效、复发情况、并发症与疼痛情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组复发率与并发症总发生率均低于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,使其鼻腔内的脓性分泌物减少,同时能降低疼痛感及复发率,且具有很高的安全性,患者出现并发症的概率更低。

Objective:To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods:From February 2017 to May 2019,64 patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with drugs.The clinical efficacy,recurrence,complications and pain were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the total incidence of complications of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the pain score of the test group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the purulent secretion in the nasal cavity,reduce the pain and recurrence rate,and has high safety.The incidence of complications in patients is lower.
