清肺纳肾平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Qingfei Nashen Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma

目的:探讨清肺纳肾平喘汤治疗稳定期支气管哮喘的效果。方法:2016年8月-2019年7月收治支气管哮喘患者98例,采用交替法分为两组,各49例。两组均给予常规治疗;对照组采用沙丁胺醇治疗;观察组在沙丁胺醇基础上采用清肺纳肾平喘汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组疾病缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1秒呼出的气体容积(FEV_(1))、最大呼气流速(FEFR)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周后各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用清肺纳肾平喘汤治疗支气管哮喘,可促进症状缓解,疗效好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Nashen Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:From August 2016 to July 2019,98 patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group with alternate method.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was treated with salbutamol.The observation group was treated with Qingfei Nashen Pingchuan Decoction on the basis of salbutamol.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the disease remission rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1) and FEFR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after 2 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Qingfei Nashen Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma can promote the remission of symptoms,and the curative effect is good.
