针刺结合加味黄连温胆汤治疗痰热扰心型睡眠障碍临床观察研究

Clinical observation on acupuncture combined with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders of Tan Re Rao Xin Type

目的:研究针刺结合加味黄连温胆汤治疗痰热扰心型睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2019年10月收治痰热扰心型睡眠障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用加味黄连温胆汤治疗,观察组采用加味黄连温胆汤联合针刺疗法治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味黄连温胆汤联合针刺疗法治疗痰热扰心型睡眠障碍患者,可以有效提高临床治疗效果,降低中医证候积分,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders of Tan Re Rao Xin Type.Methods:From February 2018 to October 2019,60 patients with sleep disorders of Tan Re Rao Xin Type were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction.The observation group was treated with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with acupuncture.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after treatment,TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of sleep quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of acupuncture combined with modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders of Tan Re Rao Xin Type can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,reduce TCM syndrome score and improve sleep quality.
