针灸联合常规西药治疗膝骨关节炎患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of community patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察针灸联合常规西药治疗膝骨关节炎社区患者的临床效果。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治膝骨关节炎患者100例,按单双号分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗;观察组给予针灸联合常规西药治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分、膝关节功能评分、膝关节屈伸活动度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药联合针灸疗法治疗膝骨关节炎,能有效缓解疼痛情况,促进膝关节功能及活动度的改善。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of community patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to odd and even numbers with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with routine western medicine.The clinical efficacy and clinical index scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score,knee function score and flexion and extension range of motion of the knee joint in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine western medicine combined with acupuncture can effectively relieve pain and improve the function and range of motion of knee joint in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
