脑肿瘤干细胞与神经上皮肿瘤病理级别的相关性

摘要 目的:分析脑肿瘤干细胞同神经上皮肿瘤病理级别的相关性。方法:2018年2月-2020年2月收治脑肿瘤患者40例,作为观察组;接受脑外伤手术并获取局部脑组织人员40例,作为对照组。通过含有生长因子的无血清培养基进行观察组人神经上皮肿瘤细胞的接种与增殖,测定其特异性标记物CD133以及Nestin水平,分析肿瘤病理分级同标志物表达的相关性。结果:人神经上皮肿瘤细胞培养后可检出脑肿瘤干细胞,检出脑肿瘤细胞可在体外传代,传代后CD133以及Nestin均为阳性;观察组CD133阳性率为100.00%,对照组CD133阳性率为0,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑肿瘤干细胞与神经上皮肿瘤病理级别呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:不同神经上皮肿瘤中均有脑肿瘤干细胞的检出,其脑肿瘤干细胞与神经上皮肿瘤病理级别存在正相关,通过对CD133的检测可为神经上皮肿瘤病理分级与患者治疗方案选择提供依据。 Objective:To analyze the correlation between brain tumor stem cells and the pathological grade of neuroepithelial tumors.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,40 patients with brain tumor were selected as the observation group,40 patients who underwent brain trauma surgery and obtained local brain tissue served as the control group.The human neuroepithelial tumor cells in the observation group were inoculated and proliferated in serum-free medium containing growth factors.The levels of specific markers CD133 and Nestin were measured,and the correlation between tumor pathological grade and the expression of tumor markers was analyzed.Results:Brain tumor stem cells could be detected after human neuroepithelial tumor cells were cultured,and brain tumor cells could be passaged in vitro,and both CD133 and Nestin were positive after passage.The positive rate of CD133 in the observation group was 100.00%,and the positive rate of CD133 in the control group was 0,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between brain tumor stem cells and the pathological grade of neuroepithelial tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain tumor stem cells can be detected in different neuroepithelial tumors,and there is a positive correlation between brain tumor stem cells and the pathological grade of neuroepithelial tumors.The detection of CD133 can provide a basis for the pathological grading of neuroepithelial tumors and the choice of treatment for patients.
