青年隐源性卒中患者开展TCD发泡试验的价值研究

Study on the value of TCD foaming test in young patients with cryptogenic stroke

目的:研究青年隐源性卒中患者开展TCD发泡试验的价值。方法:2018年12月-2020年2月收治青年隐源性卒中患者46例,随机分为两组,各23例。试验组接受TCD加滴血生理盐水的发泡检测模式,检测疾病阳性率;对照组运用TCD加生理盐水的发泡试验模式。比较两组患者检测阳性率。结果:试验组检测阳性率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对隐源性卒中青年患者进行检测时,运用TCD加滴血生理盐水的发泡检测模式相对简单,可以显著提升检出率;虽然运用TCD加生理盐水的发泡试验模式效果较好,但是将滴血生理盐水加入其中出现的泡沫更为均匀、细腻,需要医生在临床诊断的环节中依照患者状况实际选用。

Objective:To explore the value of TCD foaming test in young patients with cryptogenic stroke.Methods:From December 2018 to February 2020,46 young patients with cryptogenic stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 23 cases in each group.The experimental group received TCD plus blood drop normal saline foaming detection mode to detect the disease positive rate.The control group was treated with TCD plus normal saline foaming detection mode.We compared the positive rate of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the detection positive rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the detection of cryptogenic stroke in young patients,TCD plus blood drop normal saline foaming detection mode is relatively simple,it can significantly improve the detection rate.Although the effect of TCD plus normal saline foaming test is good,the foam produced by adding blood drop normal saline into it is more uniform and delicate,doctors need to choose according to the actual situation of patients in the clinical diagnosis.
