三种常见精神障碍心肌酶及心电图对比分析

Comparative analysis of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in three common mental disorders

目的:探索三种常见精神障碍患者心肌酶及心电图检查情况。方法:2016年3月-2020年3月收治精神分裂症、双相情感障碍狂躁发作、抑郁症患者,各20例,分为三组。比较三组心肌酶及心电图检测结果。结果:精神分裂症和双相情感障碍狂躁发作患者的心肌酶水平及心电图显示的心率水平均高于抑郁症患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对三种常见精神障碍患者进行心肌酶及心电图检测,其检测数据对精神障碍的临床诊断,具有参考价值。

Objective:To explore the examination of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram in patients with three common mental disorders.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2020,20 patients with schizophrenia,20 patients with manic bipolar disorder and 20 patients with depression were selected,they were divided into the three groups.The results of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram were compared among the three groups.Results:The levels of myocardial enzymes and the heart rate shown by electrocardiogram in patients with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder were higher than those in patients with depression,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of myocardial enzymes and ECG in patients with three kinds of common mental disorders is of reference value for the clinical diagnosis of mental disorders.
