化疗专科护理及风险管理策略在卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用

The application of chemotherapy specialist nursing and risk management strategy in patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的:探讨化疗专科护理及风险管理策略在卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:2018年8月-2020年8月收治卵巢癌化疗患者80例,依据护理方法不同分为两组。对照组在化疗期间给予常规护理;观察组采取化疗专科护理及风险管理。比较两组患者焦虑及抑郁情况、生活质量、不良反应发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组生活质量评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抑郁评分、焦虑评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将化疗专科护理及风险管理策略应用于卵巢癌化疗患者中,能够有效提高患者生活质量,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of chemotherapy specialist nursing and risk management strategy in ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2020,80 patients with ovarian cancer treated with chemotherapy were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group was given conventional nursing during chemotherapy.The observation group received specialized chemotherapy nursing and risk management.Anxiety and depression,quality of life,incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The depression score,anxiety score and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of chemotherapy specialist nursing and risk management strategy in ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
