护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的有效性研究

Effectiveness of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management

目的:分析外科护理管理中应用护理风险管理的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年5月在外科进行治疗的患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。试验组采用护理风险管理;对照组采用常规管理。比较两组风险事件发生率、风险质量评分及护理满意度。结果:试验组风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组风险质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在外科护理管理中应用护理风险管理的效果较理想,可以有效降低风险事件发生率,确保患者生命安全,建立良好的护患关系。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of nursing risk management in surgical nursing management.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2020,86 patients treated in surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted nursing risk management.The control group adopted routine management.We compared the incidence of risk events,risk quality score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of risk events was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the scores of risk quality were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of applying nursing risk management in surgical nursing management is ideal,it can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events,ensure the life safety of patients,and establish a good nurse patient relationship.
