探讨消毒供应室护理质量控制对院内感染发生率的影响

Exploration on the effect of nursing quality control in disinfection and supply room on the incidence of nosocomial infection

目的:探讨消毒供应室护理质量控制对院内感染发生率的影响。方法:选择消毒供应室中使用护理质量控制患者60例,作为试验组;选择消毒供应室中使用常规管理的患者60例,作为对照组。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组院内感染率低于对照组,护理质量评分、知识考核评分及患者满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应室中使用护理质量控制,有利于提高护理人员的知识考核评分、护理质量评分,减少院内感染率,提高患者满意率。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing quality control in disinfection and supply room on the incidence of nosocomial infection.Methods:60 patients used nursing quality control in disinfection and supply room as the experimental group.60 patients used routine management in disinfection and supply room as the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The nosocomial infection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of nursing quality,knowledge assessment and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of nursing quality control in disinfection and supply room is helpful to improve nurses'knowledge assessment score and nursing quality score,reduce nosocomial infection rate and improve patient satisfaction rate.
