全科医学管理模式在防治2型糖尿病中的优势

Advantages of general practice management model in prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:探究全科医学管理模式在防治2型糖尿病中的优势。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年5月符合观察条件的2型糖尿病患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。对照组接受传统诊疗模式;试验组采用全科医学管理模式,比较两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、总胆固醇(TCHO)水平及糖尿病控制合格率、低血糖发生率。结果:试验组干预后HbA1c、SBP、DBP、TCHO水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后糖尿病控制合格率高于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全科医学模式在防治2型糖尿病中不仅具有控制血糖、血压及血脂的作用,还能促进血糖指标达标。

Objective:To explore the advantages of general practice management mode in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From October 2019 to May 2020,90 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the observation conditions were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The control group received traditional diagnosis and treatment mode.The experimental group adopted general practice management mode.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),total cholesterol(TCHO),the qualified rate of diabetes control and the incidence of hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of HbA1C,SBP,DBP,TCHO in the experimental group were lower than the control group after intervention,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the qualified rate of diabetes control in the test group was higher than the control group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General practice model can not only control blood glucose,blood pressure and blood lipids,but also promote the blood glucose index to reach the standard in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes.
