复方玄驹胶囊联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility

目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法回顾我院2016年8月至2019年8月收治的96例多囊卵巢综合征并不孕症患者,将采用二甲双胍+克罗米芬治疗48例患者为对照组,将采用复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗的48例患者为研究组。每个疗程为1个月,观察6个疗程后两组患者治疗期间妊娠情况和临床疗效。结果研究组妊娠数为38例,总妊娠率为79.17%,治疗总有效率为91.67%,对照组24例妊娠,总妊娠率为50.00%,治疗总有效率为62.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方玄驹胶囊+克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症可明显提高患者临床治疗效果,且方法简单、使用方便,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility.Methods The data of 96 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were reviewed.Forty-eight patients treated with metformin+clomiphene were selected as the control group,and forty-eight patients treated with the Compound Xuanju Capsule+clomiphene were set as the study group.Each course of treatment was one month.After 6 courses of treatment,the pregnancy conditions and clinical efficacy of the two groups during treatment were observed.Results The number of pregnancies in the study group was 38 cases,the total pregnancy rate was 79.17%,and the total effective treatment rate was 91.67%.In the control group,there were 24 pregnancies,the total pregnancy rate was 50.00%,and the total effective rate of treatment was 62.50%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,and the method is convenient and straightforward to use.It has good clinical application value.
