天津海洋经济高质量发展影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of High Quality Development of Marine Economy in Tianjin

习近平总书记多次做出加快建设海洋强国的战略部署,提出“海洋是高质量发展战略要地”。海洋经济作为海洋强国建设的应有之义,必须在高质量发展上做足文章,且关键要提高海洋经济发展质量和效益。本文以判别天津海洋经济高质量发展的影响因素为根本,从海洋经济发展现状入手,在与其他沿海地区发展进行比较的基础上,对天津海洋经济发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战等方面进行深入分析,梳理其重点影响因素并找出各因素之间的内在联系,在此基础上提出做好天津海洋经济高质量发展研究的努力方向,为政府部门科学管理海洋经济发展提供参考。

Central Committee General Secretary Xi Jinping made many strategic plans to speed up the construction of a maritime power.Now he puts forward that“the ocean is the key to the development of high quality development”.As the proper meaning of building a maritime power,the marine economy must make full contributions to the development of high quality that is the key to improve the quality and efficiency of marine economic development.Based on the identification of the influencing factors of the high-quality development of Tianjin s marine economy and starting from the current situation of the development of marine economy,this paper compares with the development of other coastal areas,then makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,challenges and other aspects of Tianjin s marine economic development.Especially it is much important to comb out the key influencing factors and find out the internal relations among them.At last this paper puts forward to do a good job in the research direction of high-quality development of Tianjin s marine economy which contributes to provide reference for the scientific management of marine economic development by government departments.
