双循环新格局下大学生就业能力的培养途径研究

Research on the Ways of Cultivating College Students'Employability under the New Pattern of Dual Circulation

内、外循环兼顾的双循环格局下,国内需求和开放力度进一步加大。多样化的需求为大学生提供了多元的就业机会,同时,国外企业进入我国市场也对大学生就业能力提出了更高的要求。基于双循环新格局下大学生就业能力现状的分析结果,本文从学校和政府两个方面对大学生就业能力的提升提出建议。

Under the dual circulation pattern of internal and external circulation,domestic demand and openingup are further increased.Diversified demands provide pluralistic employment opportunities for college students.At the same time,the entry of foreign enterprises into Chinese market also puts forward higher requirements for college students'employability.Based on the analysis results of the current situation of college students'employability under the new pattern of double-cycle pattern,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of college students'employability from the two aspects of the school and the government.
