双创教育导向下商务英语专业人才能力培养的现状与发展研究

Research on the Status Quo and Development of the Training of Business English Professional Talents under the Guidance of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education

随着全球经济一体化发展,各国之间的对外贸易逐年增多,国际市场对商务英语专业人才的需求和要求都越来越高。传统教育模式下的商务英语专业人才在专业知识的培养上较为关注,但随着就业市场的愈发严峻,商务英语专业人才在具备优秀专业知识的同时需要具备创业和创新意识,为毕业之后的就业路径铺设更加扎实的基础。本文介绍了双创导向下商务英语专业人才培养的现状与要求;从教育理念和课程设置等方面分析了双创导向背景下高职商务英语专业人才培养存在的问题,并根据这些问题提出了双创教育导向下商务英语专业人才能力培养的发展路径。

With the development of global economic integration,the foreign trade between countries has increased year by year,and the demands and requirements for business English professionals in the international market are increasing.Under the traditional education mode,business English majors pay more attention to the cultivation of professional courses,but with the increasingly severe job market,business English majors need to have entrepreneurship and innovation consciousness while having excellent professional knowledge,so as to lay a more solid foundation for the employment path after graduation.This paper introduces the current situation and requirements of business English talents training under the guidance of innovation and entrepreneurship;analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of Business English Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the guidance of entrepreneurship and innovation from the aspects of educational concepts and curriculum setting,and puts forward the development path of the cultivation of Business English Majors'ability under the guidance of entrepreneurship and innovation.
