战略部署服务于战略目标,是实现战略目标的整体规划。深刻领会和贯彻实施中国特色社会主义战略部署,需要从新时代中国共产党担负的“四个伟大”历史使命、新时代中国特色社会主义的行动指南,以及新时代中国特色社会主义的实践要求这三个维度,把握新时代中国特色社会主义战略部署的重大意义。在此基础上,系统完整地把握中国特色社会主义战略部署的基本内容,并学会运用蕴含其中的科学方法:建设中国特色社会主义总布局的拓展完善,中国特色社会主义总布局的哲学基础,马克思主义的四种形态与“四个自信”,中国特色社会主义是全面发展的社会主义。
