创投发展与科技创新的耦合协调机制——以长三角地区为例

Coupling and Coordinating Mechanism of Venture Capital Development and Technological Innovation——A Case Study of Yangtze River Delta Region

科创一体化是长三角地区一体化发展的关键,创业投资是促进科技创新的重要金融因素。从长三角一体化建设背景出发,基于耦合理论对创业投资发展与科技创新的耦合作用机制进行分析,构建创业投资发展与科技创新评价指标体系,并利用熵权法确定权重,对长三角地区三省一市2011—2018年创业投资发展与科技创新的耦合关系、耦合协调度和收敛性进行实证分析。结果表明:长三角地区创投发展与科技创新之间存在相互影响的耦合关系,总体处于中度耦合协调状态,三省一市创投-创新耦合协调度存在差异,趋于收敛。据此,建议各省市建立创投-创新良性互动机制,促进创投资本在长三角地区流动,构建区域科技创新网络,并以创投资本为纽带建立创投-创新服务平台,从而有效推进长三角地区科创一体化发展。

The integration of science and innovation is the key to the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta Region.Venture capital has the role of promoting scientific and technological innovation.Based on the coupling theory,this paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of venture capital development and technological innovation,constructs evaluation index system,and uses the entropy weight method to determine the weight.Using the data of Yangtze River Delta Region from 2011 to 2018,the paper analyzes the coupling relationship,coupling coordination degree and convergence between venture capital and technological innovation.The results show that there is a moderate coupling coordination in Yangtze River Delta Region.It has significant regional differences,but tends to convergence.We put forward some suggestions such as establishing a benign venture capital-innovation interactive mechanism,promoting the flow of venture capital among regions,constructing a technological innovation network,and using venture capital as a link to establish a capital-innovation service platform to achieve integration of science and innovation.
