心理资本在防疫一线医务工作者大五人格与焦虑关系中的中介作用

Mediating effect of psychological capital in the relationship between the big five personality and anxiety of medical workers on the front line of epidemic prevention

目的探究我院防疫一线医务工作者大五人格和焦虑之间的关系,以及心理资本在大五人格和焦虑关系中的中介效应,为提高防疫一线医务工作者心理健康水平提供理论依据。方法选择2020年3~5月,我院404名防疫一线的医务工作者,对其采用整群抽样的方法进行问卷调查,此次调查共回收问卷383份,有效问卷360份,有效回收率为89.1%。结果突发公共卫生事件背景下防疫一线医务工作者的焦虑与大五人格神经质维度呈显著正相关,与大五人格其他四个维度以及心理资本均呈显著负相关。大五人格和心理资本对焦虑的变化解释率分别为36.7%和10.0%。结论大五人格和心理资本均为突发公共卫生事件背景下防疫一线医务工作者的焦虑的重要影响因素,在神经质和焦虑的关系中,自我效能、希望为部分中介变量,在严谨性和焦虑的关系中,自我效能、希望为完全中介变量。

Objective To explore the relationship between big five personality and anxiety of the medical workers on the front line of epidemic prevention in our hospital,the mediating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between big five personality and anxiety and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the mental health level of the front line medical workers.Methods Four hundred and four medical workers on the front line of epidemic prevention in our hospital were selected from Mar 2020 to May 2020,Questionnaire survey was conducted among them by cluster sampling method.A total of 383 questionnaires were collected,360 of which were effective,effective recovery rate was 89.1%.Results In the context of public health emergencies,the anxiety of medical workers on the front line of epidemic prevention had a significantly positive correlation with the neuroticism dimension of big five personality,and had a significantly negative correlation with the other four dimensions of big five personality and psychological capital.The explanation rate of anxiety in big five personality and psychological capital was 36.7%and 10.0%,respectively.Conclusion Big five personality and psychological capital are the important influencing factors on anxiety of the medical workers on the front line of epidemic prevention in the context of public health emergencies,self-efficacy and hope are partial mediating variables in the relationship between neuroticism and anxiety,self-efficacy and hope are complete mediating variables in the relationship between conscientiousness and anxiety.
