摘要
我国旅游业处于大发展时期,战略性地位凸显,旅游行业对人才的要求日益提高。高校加大旅游类专业卓越人才的培养以对接市场,高校与市场的对接度如何?值得总结与探究。本文通过对现有政策及研究成果展开梳理,通过开放式半结构访谈收集数据展开质性研究,针对性提出高校培养的旅游管理专业卓越人才内涵;从产教融合视角指出高职院校培养旅游管理专业卓越人才的路径:加强政治品德能力教育、完善课程体系、创设学生企业实习机会、提升师资队伍等。
China's tourism industry is in a period of great development,the strategic position is prominent,and the demand of tourism industry for talents is increasing.Colleges and universities increase the training of outstanding talents in tourism major to connect with the market.It is worth summarizing and exploring how to connect colleges and universities with the market.In this paper,through combing the existing policies and research results,collecting data through open semi-structured interviews to conduct qualitative research,this paper puts forward the connotation of outstanding talents of tourism management specialty cultivated by colleges and universities.From the perspective of the integration of production and education,this paper puts forward the path of cultivating outstanding talents of tourism management major in higher vocational colleges:strengthening the education of political and moral ability;improving the curriculum system;creating students'enterprise practice opportunities;and improving the teaching staff.
