孝感市健全基本养老服务体系探析

On Improvement of the Basic Provision Service System for the Aged in Xiaogan City in Hubei

在人口老龄化程度日趋加深的背景下,健全基本养老服务体系已成为提高社会建设水平的重要任务。孝感市基本养老服务体系建设取得了明显成效,但也面临着核心功能界定不明晰、各要素互动性不强、保障性措施投入力度偏弱等难点问题。为此,需要从明确功能定位、坚持共建共享、加大投入力度等方面下功夫。

In the context of the increasing aging of the Chinese population, to improve the basic provision service system for the aged has been listed as an important task to increase the level of social construction. At present, Xiaogan City has made a series of achievements with regards to the basic provision service system for the aged, but it is all the same faced with the problems such as unclear definition of core functions, weak interaction between various elements and insufficient investment in safeguard measures. Hence in order to solve these problems, there is need to make clear the function orientation, persist in co-construction and co-sharing and increase investment as well.
