摘要
“双高计划”背景下,高职人才培养应由技术精湛到德技兼修培育“三高”人才、由低阶思维到高阶思维培养创新型数字人才、由知识本位到能力本位输出可持续发展的复合型人才。为此,必须建立内部驱动,“以学生为中心”激发人才质量内部提升效能;外部驱动,创建高水平智慧育人云空间、优化“双师型”教师结构;综合驱动,构建三模块嵌入式专业群动态体系、全要素精准对接深化产教融合、建构人才质量保障体系。
In the context of"double-high plan",to cultivate the higher vocational talents,there is need to shift from technical excellence to moral and technical training to cultivate"three high"talents,from low-level thinking to high-level one to cultivate innovative digital talents and from knowledge-based to ability-based output of sustainable development of talents.Hence there is a must to establish internal drive or"student-centered"system so as to stimulate the talent quality so as improve the internal efficiency.And at the same time there is need to establish external drive to create a high-level intellectual education cloud space and optimize the"double-qualified"teacher structure and the comprehensive drive to construct the dynamic system of the three-module embedded professional group and the precise docking of the whole elements,deepen the integration of production and education and construct the guarantee system for the quality of talents.
