摘要
为解决以内孔为粗基准定位后,定位柱不能快速撤走加工内孔的问题,采用齿轮、齿条和直线导轨组合传动形式,设计了一种移动式孔底伸出定位装置。该装置能实现以通孔定位后,定位柱从定位孔中快速撤出,便于通孔的后续加工。
In order to solve the problem that the positioning column cannot quickly withdraw the processed inner hole after the positioning with the coarse reference of the inner hole,a positioning device of mobile hole bottom extension is designed in the form of combined transmission of pinion and rack and linear guide rail.This device may realize the positioning column's quick withdrawal from the positioning hole after the positioning with the through hole so as to facilitate the subsequent processing of the through hole.
