摘要
结合化学镀镍铁氟龙(镀镍聚四氟乙烯)工艺,采用理论设计与仿真分析相结合的方法,对设备中关键工艺槽体、阴极移动、温控系统和循环过滤系统等关键部件进行优化设计,着重对溶液温度及均匀性、粒子浓度等工艺参数进行考量,并在生产线上进行验证,设备各参数指标均满足实际生产需求,运行稳定、性能可靠。
Combined with the process of electroless Ni-PTFE plating,theoretical design and simulation analysis were used to optimize the key components of the equipment,such as the process tank,cathode movement,temperature control system and circulating filtration system.The process parameters,such as solution temperature,uniformity and particle concentration,were mainly considered.Then the designed equipment is tested and verified in the production line.The result shows that all parameters of the equipment meet the actual production requirements,and the equipment runs stably and reliably.
