硫化氢通过抑制氧化应激减轻糖尿病心肌病病变 被引量:3

摘要 尽管糖尿病心肌病(DCM)的病理机制众多,但氧化应激是DCM发病重要的原因之一。了解氧化应激在DCM中的发生发展对于DCM新的靶向治疗至关重要。硫化氢(H_(2)S)对治疗各种心血管疾病发挥着重要的作用。尤其是H_(2)S通过调控多种途径抑制氧化应激可减轻DCM的发生。 Although there are a variety of pathological mechanisms attributed to diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM),oxidative stress is one of the most important causes of DCM.Understanding the occurrence and development of oxidative stress in DCM is very important for the new targeted therapy of DCM.In addition,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)plays an important role in the treatment of various cardiovascular diseases.In particular,H_(2)S can reduce DCM by inhibiting oxidative stress through various pathways.
