摘要
得益于激光测量高精度、非接触和快响应的技术优势,近些年,各种激光测量方法被广泛应用在工业制造、航空航天、生物医药等众多领域。与其他方法相比,激光三角测量法结构简单、性价比高,其应用技术研究发展迅速,成为研究热点。首先对激光三角测量法的基本原理进行了论述,然后对其应用技术的研究进展情况进行了详细综述,并总结了影响激光三角测量法测量精度的主要问题和相关研究,最后对激光三角测量技术的发展现状和趋势进行了总结。
Due to the technical advantages of high precision,non-contact and fast response of laser measurement,various laser measurement methods have been widely used in many fields such as industrial manufacturing,aerospace,biomedicine.Compared to other methods,laser triangulation has a simple structure and high cost-effectiveness,and the research on its application technology has been developed rapidly and become a research hotspot.In this paper,the basic measurement principle of laser triangulation is discussed,and the research progress of its application technology is summarised in detail.The main problems affecting the measurement accuracy of laser triangulation and related research are summarised as well.Finally,the development trends of laser triangulation technology have prospected.
