提升高校体育运动训练有效性的研究

Improvement of the effectiveness of college sports education

体育运动训练作为高校体育课程的重要组成部分,应该进行相应的改革以发挥运动训练的积极作用。部分高校在进行体育运动训练过程中运动团队缺乏科学管理,教师综合素质和教学能力不高,学生的兴趣有待培养,体育教学改革需进一步加强。需加强训练教师团队建设和学生的心理训练,改革训练模式及规范化训练等,进而实现运动训练有效性的提升。

As an important part of physical education, sports should be reformed in colleges to play an active role. Shortcomings have been found in the process of sports education in management of sports teams, ability of teachers and disciplinary boredom. Consequently, measures should be taken to promote the team building and learning enthusiasm, reform educational modes and improve the effectiveness of sports education.
