抗心磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产结合中医调周法治疗的思路及现状分析

复发性流产属于妊娠期常见疾病,病因复杂,西医对不同病因有针对性药物治疗。对抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)阳性所致复发性流产给予阿司匹林以及强的松治疗,可取得不错的疗效,但孕期使用存在风险。中医将复发性流产归为“滑胎”范畴,根据具体临床症状辨证治疗。中医调周法以阴阳消长转化理论展开,被广泛应用于妇科各疾病领域中均取得了好的疗效,本文就中医调周法的治疗现状及思路展开分析。

Recurrent abortion is a common disease in pregnancy with complicated etiology.Western medicine has targeted drug treatment for different etiology.Aspirin and prednisone can be used to treat recurrent abortions caused by positive anti-cardiolipin antibodies(ACA),but there are risks when used during pregnancy.Traditional Chinese medicine will be recurrent abortion under the category of“sliding fetus”,according to the specific clinical symptoms of dialectical treatment.Based on the transformation theory of Yin and Yang,the method of adjusting the cycle of traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in various gynecological diseases and achieved good curative effects.This paper analyzes the current situation and ideas of the treatment of the method of adjusting the cycle of traditional Chinese medicine.
