负压封闭吸引联合胎盘多肽注射液在手外伤感染创面修复中的效果

Effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with placental polypeptide injection in the wound repair of hand injury infection

目的探讨负压封闭吸引(VSD)联合胎盘多肽注射液在手外伤感染创面修复治疗中的效果。方法将128例手外伤感染患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。观察组采用VSD联合胎盘多肽注射液治疗,对照组采用VSD加用0.9%NaCl溶液治疗。比较两组抗生素使用时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间、治疗优良率。结果患者均获得18个月随访。抗生素使用时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间、VSD连续使用2周后的治疗优良率观察组明显短(高)于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用VSD联合胎盘多肽注射液治疗手外伤感染,能显著提高手创面修复的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)combined with placental polypeptide injection in the wound repair of hand injury infection.Methods According to the random number table method,128 patients with hand injuries infection were divided into observation group and control group,64 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with VSD combined with placental polypeptide injection,while the control group was treated with VSD plus 0.9%NaCl solution.The antibiotic use time,wound healing time,hospital stay time,and treatment excellent and good rate were compared between the two groups.Results All patients were followed up for 18 months.The duration of antibiotic application,wound healing time,length of hospital stay,and the excellent-good rate after continue use of VSD for 2 weeks were significantly shorter(higher)in the observation group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions VSD combined with placental polypeptide injection in the treatment of hand injury infection can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of hand wound repair.
