摘要 随着国内环保标准的提高,焚烧工艺因处理效率高,在有机废气处理中得到大量运用。其中沸石转轮+蓄热焚烧炉(RTO)组合工艺适合大风量、低浓度工况,可满足国家、地方越来越严格的VOCs排放标准。该工艺运行参数繁多,良好的优化设计可以实现该废气处理系统环保、节能、安全稳定运行的多重功效。 With the improvement of domestic environmental protection standards,the incineration process has been widely used in the treatment of organic waste gas because of its high treatment efficiency.Among them,the combined process of Zeolite Wheel+Regenerative Thermal Oxidization(RTO)is suitable for large air volume and low concentration working conditions,and can meet the increasingly stringent national and local VOCs emission standards.The process has a wide range of operating parameters and a good optimized design can realize the multiple effects of the waste gas treatment system in environmental protection,energy saving,safe and stable operation.
