872 t四柱式压砖机机架预紧力分析

摘要 与国外压砖机相比,国产压砖机在近年来发展迅速且向着大吨位高效率发展。然而在实际生产中普遍暴露出压砖机结构稳定性不足的问题,从而使压砖机在工作过程中容易产生开缝和破坏的问题,已成为制约其行业竞争力的关键所在。本文研究的872 t四柱式压砖机采用的是预应力组合式框架结构。在使用时机架受载荷作用容易导致机架松动,使上下横梁与立柱之间产生缝隙,所以需要对机架施加预紧力,以保证机架在受载荷作用时,依然有残余预紧力使机架保持一个整体。运用ANSYS Workbench对某872 t四柱式压砖机机架装配预紧力分配规律和预紧时对拉杆的预紧顺序进行研究,结果发现按预紧顺序预紧时,第一组拉杆的预紧力受第二组拉杆预紧力的影响而减小呈线性关系,且通过拟合曲线得到其函数关系,求出当四根拉杆预紧力相等时的第一组拉杆初始预紧力大小。对实际安装生产的指导有重要意义。 Compared with foreign brick presses,domestic brick presses have developed rapidly in recent years,directing towards large tonnage and high efficiency.However,in actual production,there exits the problem of insufficient structural stability of the brick press,so that it is prone to cracking and damage during the working process.This has become a major restriction to its industry competitiveness.This paper studies an 872 t four-column brick press using a pre-stressed combined frame structure.It is easy for the frame to become loose when it is under load,causing a gap between the upper and lower beams and the pillars.Therefore,it is necessary to apply a pre-tightening force to the frame to ensure that it has a residual pre-tightening force under load so as to keep the frame as a whole.This paper uses ANSYS-Workbench to study the pre-tightening force distribution rule of the frame assembly of the 872 t four-column brick press and the pre-tightening sequence of the tie rods.The tightening force is affected by the pre-tightening force of the second group of tie rods and decreases linearly,and the function relationship is obtained by fitting the curve to obtain the initial pre-tightening force of the first group of tie rods when the pre-tightening forces of the four tie rods are equal.This finding has great significance in actual installation and production.
