分析MRI与CT在介入治疗肝癌后癌肿残留及复发中的早期诊断效果

Analysis of the effect of MRI and CT in the early diagnosis of tumor residual and recurrence after interventional therapy of liver cancer

目的研究早期诊断介入治疗肝癌后癌肿残留和复发情况时应用磁共振成像(MRI)和CT的效果。方法70例行介入治疗的肝癌患者作为研究对象,在手术后对其使用CT和MRI检测,比较两种检测方式对肿瘤残留和复发病灶的诊断准确情况、灵敏度、特异度。结果CT诊断阳性准确55个、诊断阴性准确10个,诊断准确率为74.71%;MRI诊断阳性准确65个、诊断阴性准确17个,诊断准确率为94.25%。MRI诊断准确率高于CT,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI检测的灵敏度95.59%、特异度89.47%均高于CT的80.88%、52.63%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在介入治疗肝癌后癌肿残留及复发早期诊断中应用MRI和CT检查均可以得到较高的检出率,其中MRI具有更高灵敏度和特异度,准确率也较高,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the effect of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and CT in the early diagnosis of tumor residual and recurrence after interventional therapy of liver cancer.Methods 70 cases of liver cancer patients who underwent interventional therapy were taken as the research subjects,and CT and MRI examination were performed after the operation.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the two detection methods in the diagnosis of tumor residual and recurrence were compared.Results CT diagnosed 55 positive cases and 10 negative cases,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 74.71%;MRI diagnosed 65 positive cases and 17 positive cases,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 94.25%.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was higher than that of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of MRI were 95.59%and 89.47%respectively,which were higher than 80.88%and 52.63%of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT can obtain high detection rate in the early diagnosis of tumor residual and recurrence after interventional therapy of liver cancer.MRI has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,which is worthy of promotion and application.
