Objective To discuss the clinical effect of troxerutin combined with breviscapine injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with breviscapine injection, and the observation group was treated with troxerutin combined with breviscapine injection. The clinical efficacy, and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was obviously higher than 66.67%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the NIHSS score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and NIHSS score(3.08±1.21)points of the observation group was lower than(5.15±1.59)points of the control group. All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of troxerutin and breviscapine injection shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and it can reduce the neurological deficit score of patients. This method has certain clinical application and promotion value.
