三种防锈剂在PAO8基础油中的高温腐蚀抑制及防腐蚀性能 被引量:6

High Temperature Corrosion Inhibition and Anticorrosion Performance of Three Antirust Agents in PAO8 Base Oil

摘要 以石油磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂、苯并三氮唑3种防锈剂和PAO8基础油为研究对象,使用磁力搅拌和超声的混合方法制备含单一防锈剂和复合防锈剂的防锈润滑油,应用铜片腐蚀实验和盐雾实验研究各防锈润滑油的高温腐蚀抑制及防腐蚀性能,并利用金相、电镜对腐蚀铜片和铁片进行微观分析。结果表明:苯并三氮唑、石油磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂最佳添加量时的防锈润滑油的高温腐蚀抑制时间分别达到24、48、180 h以上,初始腐蚀时间分别为1、1、11 h;3种防锈剂中,羊毛脂镁皂的腐蚀抑制性能最好,石油磺酸钡的防腐蚀性能最好,苯并三氮唑在复合防锈剂中能明显延缓腐蚀的速率;石油磺酸钡、羊毛脂镁皂、苯并三氮唑分别以质量分数为10%、5%、0.1%复配时,制备的防锈润滑油的高温腐蚀抑制时间达720 h以上,初始腐蚀时间为35 h;3种防锈剂组成的复合防锈剂在金属表面形成良好的物理、化学多分子层吸附膜,在腐蚀抑制及防腐蚀性能上均具有良好的协同增效作用。 With three anti-rust agents,barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap,benzotriazole and PAO8 base oil as research objects,the anti-rust lubricants containing single anti-rust agent and composite anti-rust agent were prepared by mixing method of magnetic stirring and ultrasound.The high-temperature corrosion inhibition and anti-corrosion performances of each anti-rust lubricant were studied by copper strip corrosion experiments and salt spray experiments,and the corrosion copper and iron sheets were analyzed by metallography and electron microscope.The results show that the high-temperature corrosion inhibition time of the anti-rust lubricants with optimal addition amount of benzotriazole,barium petroleum sulfonate and lanolin magnesium soap is more than 24,48 and 180 h,respectively,and the initial corrosion time is 1,1 and 11 h,respectively.Among the three anti-rust agents,magnesium lanolin soap has the best corrosion inhibition performance,barium petroleum sulfonate has the best anticorrosion performance performance,benzotriazole can obviously delay the corrosion rate in the composite anti-rust agent.When the mass fraction of barium petroleum sulfonate,lanolin magnesium soap and benzotriazole are 10%,5%and 0.1%,respectively,the high-temperature corrosion inhibition time of the prepared anti-rust lubricant is more than 720 h,the initial corrosion time is 35 h.The composite anti-rust agent composed of the three anti-rust agents can form a good physical and chemical multi molecular layer adsorption film on the metal surface,which has a good synergistic effect on high-temperature corrosion inhibition and anti-corrosion performances.
