基于FPGA的CMOS图像传感器温漂自补偿研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对部分CMOS图像传感器受温度变化而引入像素值漂移上升、图像噪声的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA的CMOS图像传感器温漂自补偿方法。该方法通过对图像温漂补偿系数的自动提取、差值补偿以及动态范围调整,从而抑制温度对图像数据产生的噪声影响。经试验证明,温漂自补偿方法具有良好的补偿效果,棋盘格仿真使得图像均值降低13.56%,峰值信噪比相对稳定,平均梯度提高20%,有效减弱温度对图像亮度以及细节清晰度产生的影响。 Aiming at the problems that some CMOS image sensors are subject to temperature changes,pixel values drift and rise,and image noise,a FPGA⁃based CMOS image sensor temperature drift self⁃compensation method is designed.This method suppresses the influence of noise on the image data by automatically extracting the image temperature drift compensation coefficients,difference compensation and dynamic range adjustment.Through experiments,it is proved that the temperature drift self⁃compensation method has a good compensation effect,checkerboard simulation reduce the image arerage by 13.56%,the statistics of the average gray value.Increase by 20%,effectively reduce the effect of temperature on image brightness and detail clarity.
