摘要
工业气相色谱仪对工作温度的稳定性提出了很高的要求,依据时滞滤波原理,利用被控过程稳幅振荡波形频率特征参数,提出了一种全新的可在线式快速高效整定PI控制算法参数的方法,在不需要得到温度控制系统准确数学模型信息的情况下,获得了鲁棒性强且可靠的温度控制器实现。利用提出的方法,通过可控硅开关功率输出调节电路,对工业气相色谱仪中的检测器温控单元实现了优于0.1°的温度控制精度指标。
Industrial gas chromatograph puts forward high demands on the stability of the working temperature,in this paper,based on the theory of time delay filter,and by using the steady characteristic oscillation waveform frequency parameter of the temprature control system,this paper proposes a new method,it can faster and more efficient on⁃line adjust the parameters of the PI control algorithm,also it can obtain a robust and reliable temperature control realization under the condition of inaccurate mathematical model of the temprature control system.With the help of the method presented in this paper,the precision of temperature control is better than±0.1°for the chromatographic detector temperature control unit in the industrial gas chromatograph by adjusting the power output of SCR switch circuit.
