摘要
为准确厘清低压配电网中台区的户变关系,在分析了现有核查方法在工程应用中存在诸多不足的基础上,基于同一电气节点电压变化趋势具备高度一致性的理论,提出了一种低压台区户变关系辨识算法。该算法充分利用计量自动化系统的历史数据,对用户智能电表和台区配变终端的电压量测数据进行挖掘分析,引入数据挖掘分析理念,无需额外安装任何硬件设备,即可实现低压台区户变关系的精确辨识。经实验验证,所提算法可实现低压用户与台区隶属关系的精确匹配,具备工程实用性,并据此给出了推广应用建议。
In order to accurately clarify the relationship between users and transformers in the low voltage distribution network,based on the analysis of the existing deficiencies in the engineering application of the existing verification methods and the theory that the same electrical node voltage change trend has a high degree of consistency,an identification algorithm for this relationship is proposed.The algorithm makes full use of the historical data of the measurement automation system to mine and analyze the voltage measurement data of the user′s smart meters and distribution transformer terminals,and introduces the data mining analysis concept,which can realize the low voltage users without additional installation of any hardware equipment.Accurate identification of variable relationships.It has been verified by experiments that the proposed algorithm can achieve the precise matching of the membership relationship between low voltage users and the transformers,and has engineering practicability.Based on this,several suggestions for promotion and application are proposed.
