摘要
电子病历已成为一种常见的患者数据保存方式,而来自多个医院同一患者的电子病历汇总难度较大,同时,当前电子病历系统缺少标准的数据管理与共享策略。针对职业病防治医疗系统中信息共享困难的问题,借助医疗区块链建立了医疗信息管理系统。使用分布式分类帐技术建立起完整的信息检索核查机制,实现有效的电子病历访问和检索,且不会消耗大量运算资源以免造成网络拥塞。此外,该系统还结合了定制的访问控制协议和对称密码技术,提高了信息处理的安全性。实验测试与数据分析结果可以证明,与常见的几种医疗数据信息平台相比,该系统可以抵挡篡改攻击、匿名攻击等形式的数据攻击;与常见方法相比,数据处理效率有较为明显的进步,适用于处理职业病相关的医疗数据。
Electronic medical records have become a common way of storing patient data,and it is difficult to summarize electronic medical records of the same patient from multiple hospitals.At the same time,the current electronic medical record system lacks standard data management and sharing strategies.Aiming at the difficulty of information sharing in the occupational disease prevention and treatment medical system,this paper uses the medical blockchain to establish a medical information management system.Using distributed ledger technology,a complete information retrieval and verification mechanism is established to achieve effective electronic medical record access and retrieval without consuming a large amount of computing resources and causing network congestion.In addition,the system also combines control protocols and cryptographic technology to improve the security of information processing.Experimental tests and data analysis results can prove that compared with several common medical data information platforms,the system can withstand data attacks in the form of tampering attacks and anonymous attacks.Compared with common methods,the data processing efficiency is more obvious.Progress,suitable for processing medical data related to occupational diseases.
