Study on Medium Acceptance of Bisulfite Agar Plate

目的:分析影响亚硫酸铋(BS)琼脂平板培养基验收结果的因素。方法:用伤寒沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌和粪肠球菌4种菌株的新旧菌株分别划线于不同批号的商用BS琼脂平板培养基和BS琼脂干粉制备的新鲜平板培养基,对比培养基验收结果。结果:旧菌株得出的结果并不可靠,且商品化的BS琼脂平板的质量并不稳定。结论:加强对BS琼脂平板的培养基验收是保证沙门氏菌检验结果准确的重点。

Objective:To analyze the factors influencing the acceptance of bismuth sulfite(BS)agar plate medium.Methods:The new and old strains of Salmonella typhimurium,Salmonella typhimurium,Escherichia coli and Enterococcus faecalis were crossed on the commercial BS agar plate medium with different batch numbers and the fresh plate medium prepared with BS agar dry powder respectively,and the acceptance results of the medium were compared.Results:The results of the old strain were not reliable,and the quality of commercial BS agar plate was not stable.Conclusion:To strengthen the acceptance of BS agar medium is the key to ensure the accuracy of Salmonella test results.
