摘要
目的:保证灭菌工艺的有效性以及灭菌物品的安全性、完整性和稳定性,减少因灭菌点位不同造成的灭菌效果差异。方法:采用同一台脉动蒸汽灭菌柜对同一品种培养基灭菌,进行热穿透试验,利用温度验证仪(K仪)布点,对锅内进行全程温度监控,实时掌握各阶段温度状态及灭菌效果。结果:8次满载试验证明,灭菌过程中会因物品在锅内码放位置的不同而使得灭菌温度、时间均有差异,这些差异可造成灭菌不彻底或灭菌过剩。结论:同一设备设定的相同灭菌程序下,灭菌物品在灭菌锅中的码放位置、码放状态会影响灭菌效果,造成灭菌不彻底或灭菌过剩。
Objective:To ensure the effectiveness of sterilization process and the safety,integrity and stability of sterilized articles,and reduce the difference of sterilization effect caused by different sterilization points.Methods:The same pulsating steam sterilization cabinet was used to sterilize the same kind of culture medium,and the heat penetration test was carried out.The temperature verification instrument(K instrument)was used to monitor the whole process temperature in the pot,so as to master the temperature status and sterilization effect of each stage in real time.Results:Eight full load tests showed that the sterilization temperature and time were different due to the different stacking positions of the articles in the pot during the sterilization process,which could cause incomplete sterilization or excessive sterilization.Conclusion:Under the same sterilization procedure set by the same equipment,the stacking position and stacking state of sterilized items in the sterilization pot will affect the sterilization effect,resulting in incomplete sterilization or excessive sterilization.
