摘要
溶酶体是真核生物中广泛存在的具单层膜结构的细胞器,富含多种水解酶,可以介导内吞作用引起细胞外颗粒的降解以及自噬引起的细胞内组分的降解,此外还包含50多种膜蛋白。降解和运输中的缺陷等导致的溶酶体功能失调与神经退行性疾病相关,溶酶体的功能离不开离子通道的调控。因此,对溶酶体功能及其离子通道的研究进展进行综述。
Lysosomes are organelles with a monolayer membrane structure that are widespread in eukaryotes.rich in a variety of hydrolases,and they mediate extracellular particles caused by endocytosis.And the degradation of intracellular components caused by autophagy.Lysosomes also contain more than 50 membrane proteins.Lysosomal dysfunction caused by degradation,export or transportation defects is related to neurodegenerative diseases.The function of lysosomes cannot be separated from the regulation of ion channels.Therefore,the research progress of lysosomal functions and ion channels is briefly reviewed.
