浅谈F3智能安全管理系统在叉车上的应用

Application of F3 Intelligent Safety Management System on Forklift

本文主要针对目前市场上新推出的一套应用在叉车上的管理系统:F3智能安全管理系统,介绍该系统的整体构架及组成(硬件+附件),以及该系统能实现的5大功能:驾驶员身份识别;安全驾驶和离位停机功能;违规操作提示及报警;车辆故障提示及报警;GPS定位监控及远程管理。探讨该系统在叉车上的应用能否解决叉车在使用环节、日常维护保养环节及监管环节中存在的诸多问题。

This paper mainly aims at a new set of management system which is applied to forklift truck in the market at present:F3 intelligent security management system,introduce the whole structure and composition of the system(hardware accessories),and the five main functions that the system can achieve:driver identification;safe driving and off-site shutdown function;illegal operation warning and alarm;vehicle fault warning and alarm;GPS location monitoring and remote management.This paper discusses whether the application of the system in forklift truck can solve many problems in the use,daily maintenance and supervision of forklift truck.
