摘要
介绍了自卸卡车生产能力确定的方法、相关计算公式以及卡车数量计算中主要计算参数的确定,以塔尔煤田一区块露天煤矿卡车数量计算为例,因地制宜地优化年有效作业时间、卡车载重利用系数、平均运行车速等主要计算参数,以达到提升卡车台年能力、降低采购设备数量的目的。
The article introduces the determining methods of of dump trucks production capacity,the relevant calculation formulas,and the determination of the main calculation parameters in the calculation of trucks number.Taking the calculation of trucks number in Thar Coalfield Block I Open-pit Coal Mine as an example,we optimize the annual effective operating time,truck load utilization factor,average operating speed and other main calculation parameters according to local conditions,in order to achieve the purposes of increasing the annual capacity per set of trucks and reducing the number of equipment procurement.
