摘要
为了解决露天矿卡车计算平均行车速度参数选取问题,通过分析卡车行车速度、行车时间和行车距离,计算卡车重载和空载平均行车速度,进而确定卡车数量计算所需的卡车计算平均行车;基于路况、运距及卡车牵引特性确定平均速度参数,使卡车数量计算结果更准确合理。以伊敏三号露天矿为例进行了实证研究,研究结果表明:根据卡车牵引特性等计算的平均速度为27.44 km/h,高于规范标准规定的平均速度25 km/h;计算的卡车数量为7台,比规范标准选取的平均速度计算的数量减少1台。
In order to solve the problem of parameter selection for calculated average driving speed of truck in open-pit mine,through analyzing the truck driving speed,driving time and driving distance,the article calculates the average speed of truck heavy driving and empty driving and determines the calculated average driving speed of truck for calculating truck numbers.Average speed is determined based on the road conditions,transportation distance and truck traction characteristics.The calculation result of truck numbers is more accurate and reasonable.Taking Yimin No.3 Open-pit Mine as an example,the results show that the average speed is 27.44 km/h according to the truck traction characteristics,which is higher than the average speed of 25 km/h stipulated by the specification and standard.The number of trucks is 7,one less than the number of calculating through the average speed selected by the standard.
