顺倾软岩基底内排土场增高扩容控制措施 被引量:9

摘要 为研究增高扩容后顺倾软岩基底内排土场的稳定性及不稳定边坡控制措施,以扎尼河露天煤矿2021年及2022年内排土场增高扩容设计边坡为例,对设计边坡进行了稳定性分析,并针对不稳定边坡控制措施进行了研究。结果表明:在内排增高扩容过程中可采用预留临时底煤的方式提高边坡稳定性,并且在内排跟进过程中可采用煤岩置换的方法对留设的底煤进行开采并快速内排,使边坡处于稳定的情况下将资源进行回收,提高煤炭资源回收效率;最终确定2021年留设8 m厚临时底煤,可保证2021年增高扩容设计边坡的稳定;2022年留设10 m厚临时底煤,可保证2022年增高扩容设计边坡的稳定。 In order to study the control measures of the unstable slope and the soft rock basement dump stability after the increase and expansion,taking the design slope of the dump in 2021 and 2022 in Zhanihe Open-pit Mine as an example,the article analyzes the stability of design slope,and studies the unstable slope control measures.The results show that in the process of heightening and expansion of the inner dumping,temporary bottom coal can be reserved to improve the slope stability,and the method of coal replacement can be used to mine the remaining bottom coal and quickly inner dumping enables the recovery of resources when the slope is stable,and improves the efficiency of coal resource recovery.The final decision is to reserve 8m thick temporary bottom coal in 2021,which can ensure the stability of the design slope for heightening and expansion in 2021,and reserve it in 2022 temporary bottom coal with a thickness of 10m can ensure the stability of the design slope for heightening and capacity expansion in 2022.
